Season’s Greetings

The year 2020, has been difficult in so many ways for almost everybody around the world. While it has exposed the vulnerability of all humanity, it has also shown the strength, unity, interconnection, and interrelations of all humanity.

To us in Humanitas Afrika, the current challenging global situation has come to confirm our long-standing working philosophy UBUNTU to be true and right. Ubuntu is an African philosophy that is often translated as " I am because we are" or "humanity towards others" but also used in a more philosophical sense to mean " the belief in a universal bond of sharing that connects all humanity".

This year has been a test, reflection, review, and turning point for humanity and therefore it is our passionate hope that the next year 2021, would be awakening, refreshing, exciting, good health, and positives for humanity.

We take this opportunity to thank our patrons, supporters, friends, and fans who continue to support our good work throughout the year despite the outbreak of the coronavirus and hope that others would join in support of the work of Humanitas Afrika in the coming year.

You can watch greetings video by our project children in Kenya.

We wish you all a jolly Christmas and an exciting New Year.
